A Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Seccional Paraíba (OAB-PB), lembra que a regularização da situação financeira do(a) advogado(a) para torná-lo(a) apto(a) a participar da votação nas eleições da OAB (pagamento de anuidades ou concessão de parcelamento de débitos) deve ocorrer antes do período contínuo de 30 dias da data da eleição, tanto em meio eletrônico – se o Conselho Seccional dispuser de programa de informática que permita a realização da operação via internet – quanto pessoalmente, na sede da Entidade.
As eleições da OAB-PB para composiçãi da Diretoria, Conselhos, Subseções e Caixa de Assistência ocorrerá no próximo dia 19 de novembro. Assim, para exercer o direito ao voto, o advogado (a) precisa estar em dia com sua anuidade. O prazo para regularização encerra-se no dia 19/10/2024.
