OAB luta por manutenção de Vara Federal e instalação de juizados especiais em Campina Grande

O presidente da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Seccional Paraíba (OAB-PB), Harrison Targino, e o presidente da Subseção da OAB de Campina Grande, Alberto Jorge, se reuniram, nesta sexta-feira (11), com representantes da Justiça Federal e conseguiram pleitos importantes para a advocacia de Campina e região.
Na reunião, a Justiça Federal garantiu a manutenção da 6ª Vara em Campina Grande, que poderia ser transferida para João Pessoa; além da instalação de dois juizados especiais na Rainha da Borborema.
“As manifestações da OAB, as reuniões que tivemos, inclusive com a visita do corregedor-geral do Tribunal Regional Federal, da 5ª Região (TRF5), em Campina, redundaram na reunião de hoje na Justiça Federal, quando nos foi informado que a nossa proposta de manutenção da Vara em Campina Grande foi aceita pelos magistrados federais”, destacou Harrison Targino.
Harrison Targin lembrou que há cerca de seis meses remeteu, conjuntamente com a Subseção da OAB de Campina, ofício ao Tribunal Regional Federal, precisamente a Presidência e a Corregedoria, propondo, almém da manutenção da Vara, a equalização processual nas Varas de Campina Grande para evitar o acúmulo de processos em uma Vara, como se verifica na 9ª Vara Federal, e mais facilidades em outros, o que também foi aceito pelos representantes do TRF.
O presidente da OAB de Campina Grande, da Alberto Jorge, destacou a importância da união entre a Seccional e a Subseção para a obtenção dos pleitos em prol da advocacia da cidade e região. “Campina não vai perder Vara Federal. Vamos continuar com a 4ª, 6ª, 9ª e 10ª Varas e com uma solução que vai atender não só os jurisdicionados, mas principalmente a advocacia previdenciarista: nós teremos dois juizados especiais aqui em Campina Grande”, comemorou.
“Se encontrou uma solução que satisfaz os jurisdicionados e advogados, bem como os magistrados federais. Mais uma vez, unidos, conseguimos resolver um grande problema que era enfrentado pela advocacia de Campina Grande”, acrescentou o presidente da Subseção.
Harrison Targino finalizou afirmando que “a expectativa é que o TRF adote a solução o mais rápido possível, para que em breve tempo se tenha a instalação do segundo Juizado Especial e minorar as dificuldades enfrentadas pela advocacia da região”.
